“God bless you and your staff and your family. Enjoy your BMW driving experience. Most people drive from point A to B and never know the pleasure of driving a truly lovely car. Thank you so much for seeing me so quickly last Thursday –January 9, 2003 in regards to my right eye and the retinal probing as well as the excess macular fluid. You were so kind to me. I appreciate you and your staff.”

I really appreciate you and I want to give you a token of thanks for you to use with your family.”

“Our best wishes to you and your wonderful family. You are an outstanding doctor and friend. Much of the Christmas season 2003 was focused with you valiantly attempting to reattach my retina. I have always felt comforted by your talent, dedication, and caring. I thank you for what you’ve done for me. Because of the stupid insurance, I have met with an ophthalmologist at Loma Linda. He says I’m stabilizing and he will see me in a year. I so hope that you approve of this change.”

A.J.

“Just a note to thank you for your rapid response to my anxious phone call last evening, I really was frightened that I might have bad retinal bleeding. But all is well as you stated. Your answering service was very fine, quick, reassuring, and absolutely very professional in contacting you. I really do appreciate your continuing fine service.”

“It is wonderful to have my vision restored. I am truly grateful for the eye care I’ve received from you the last 3-4 years. God bless you for your gifts of healing. With warm regards.”

“I can’t begin to express what your gift means to me and my family. Performing surgery for my father is one of the most kind-hearted and generous actions. But, more than the monetary value, I so greatly appreciate the thought behind the gift. Surgery can be a big burden, but your actions have really lightened the load. For that especially I thank you. This time has been difficult for us, especially for myself being so far from my father during his surgeries, but knowing we have the support of people like you certainly helps and gives me great peace of mind. Please know that I won’t forget your kind of gesture. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

M.L.

“Happy holidays to you and yours. Also thanks so much for helping me with my eyesight. Much improvement.”

J.M.

“Thank you for taking your time for me, it was greatly appreciated.”

“I wanted to personally write to you and express to you how grateful I am that you would consider me to join your group. It truly means a lot. After much prayer and consideration, I have decided to remain here with my current ophthalmologist. My loyalty and commitment continues to be very strong. We have weathered many storms together and I’m sure we have many more to come, but there is a rainbow at the end of each one and that is what sustains me. I will continue to lift you and your staff up in prayer daily. Thank you again.”

H.S.

“I wanted to take this time to say thank you for your kindness, your concern, and your patience. You’ve been taking care of my eye and all the problems that goes with it for two years now. Dr., if I don’t get my eyesight back, at least I know you did your best and then some. For this, I say, thank you. My friend, you’re the man.” -H.S.

“Sight is a gift from God and vision is a greater gift from God. I want to thank you for using your God given gifts to help many with their sight. Thank you for taking so much care and time in helping me. I pray God will continue to bless you and the work you do. I hope this small gift will be used to bring some happiness to you and your family, for the sacrifices made!”

J.H.

“Thank you for your work in sowing my 10L back in place in my left eye. I can see real good again out of that eye.”

“I know that it may be a little too early to send a Christmas card, but I didn’t want you to think that I had forgotten you. As you can see I’m typing on a computer. My computer talks to me so it’s not hard for me to run it. The program that I have in my computer is called JAWS, and it’s wonderful. As I’m typing, the program is going right along with me, and letting me know what I’m writing. I’m having so much fun with the computer. The lady that is teaching me all about the computer is totally blind. Her name is J.R., and we have become so close that we’re like sisters. (more like salt and pepper) So I want to say Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year, to you, your family, and your staff. May God shine his loving light on all of you.”

“Hello my mother recently had eye surgery at Loma Linda eye clinic with Dr. Pesavento. I am writing this letter in appreciation of the kind and considerate treatment your office personal, medical staff at the eye clinic and both Dr. Pesavento & Dr. Carlson showed my mother. The office personnel in the office are very professional and friendly. I wanted to be with my mother during surgery but I needed a letter to get time off work. My mother requested the letter from your office personnel and I received a fax forthwith. I was able to be with my mother and care for her during and after the surgery. Dr. Pesavento and Dr. Carlson, you are very fortunate to have such a kind, caring and professional office staff working for you. Dr. Carlson was on call after my mother had her surgery and came into the office on Christmas Eve to check my mother after surgery. He realized her eye pressure was too high and performed a procedure to reduce the pressure, and advised me how to care for her appropriately. He was very kind and professional and not upset that he was working on Christmas Eve. Thank you once again for taking the time and consideration to be kind, caring, and professional to my mother during this difficult time.”
